Coarse, Lumpy


STRENGTHS OF THE PRACTICAL EXAM:

Chicken was cooked nicely.

WEAKNESS OF THE PRACTICAL EXAM:

No sufficient time.

Name of dish :

Egyptian keeka baladi min shokolata (Egyptian chocolate cake)

a.Flavour(Taste+Smell):

Buttery, sweet. smelled sweet.

After taste was terribly bitter.

b.colour :

tanned brown
c.texture:
soft, moist, oily, spongy

STRENGTHS OF THE PRACTICAL EXAM:

It had a sweet taste, everything went as desired.

There was a strwberry in the middle.

WEAKNESS OF THE PRACTICAL EXAM:

I lacked efficiency in the given time and that let to my cake being uncooked inside.

There was no cocoa available and I could not make the chocolate cake and I ended up making a plain cake.

OTHER COMMENTS:

I had fun doing it and I hope to recieve more coursework when I get to take F&N.

I used too much time on preparing the food.
