Name of dish : Brazillian Macarrao com atum (Pasta with tuna)

a.Flavour(Taste+Smell): tuna taste and has a faint smell that is a bit like wine ? and a bit oily

b.colour :pink and yellow with black olives

c.texture: was not like regular pasta/spaghetti


STRENGTHS OF THE PRACTICAL EXAM: I could mnage it by myself.

WEAKNESS OF THE PRACTICAL EXAM: I need to know what to do next and not always look at my recipe as it is really short!

OTHER COMMENTS: I think I need to choose other recipes...
