a.Flavour(Taste+Smell):
+ Taste - SPICY - lots of pepper and curry power used.
+ Smell - AROMA - of the curry, cinnamon and tumeric powder.

b.colour:
+ Brown - casheur nuts/rice

c.texture:
+ Rough
+ Sticky


STRENGTHS OF THE PRACTICAL EXAM:
+ Taste of the food was there.
+ I was prepared for the coursework.
+ Rice was well cooked

+ The aroma of the food can be smelled.
+ There were taste.
+ There were ganishing used.
+ It was neat and clean food.
+ It was mixed well.
+ The chicken was cooked.

WEAKNESS OF THE PRACTICAL EXAM:
- There were no other colour.
- Not much garnishings should be done.
- Gathering of ingrients and utensils were slow.

OTHER COMMENTS:

The casheur nuts that were used for garnishing was great.
