Name of dish : Fried rice with basil leaves
a.Flavour(Taste+Smell): It's abit bitter due to the green pepper and it is lemony as i squeezed the life out of the lemon.It's spicy too as i fried the chili paddies with the ingredients.It is not very sweet as i added only a pinch of sugar.You would get choke if you get too close to the dish.
b.colour : It's like "grasses" as all the ingredients are all vegetables and the dish is more like a vegetarian dish. The dish is mostly green in colour because of the beansprouts and green pepper. At the middle of the dish you could see the colour "red" as there is CHILI...
c.texture: It is soft , moist and chewy.
STRENGTHS OF THE PRACTICAL EXAM: I managed my time well and i had cut the ingredients with skills.I added the adequate amount of spices and so on.
WEAKNESS OF THE PRACTICAL EXAM:It is too spicy. The green pepper is too big.
OTHER COMMENTS:I would like to thank Sarah and Guang hui. Guang hui cooked the rice and i think he is better in cooking rice than me and Sarah for passing me the soap to me to wash the dishes and also Bank who told me where are the spices.Last but not least, Hanbing for passing me the oil eventhough he was about to use it.
