Name of dish: Sinangag (Fried Rice).

a. Flavour (Taste+Smell): It taste just right and it's smell is very fragrance.

b. Colour: Multi-colours.

c. Texture: It is very juicy and a little greasy.


STRENGTHS OF THE PRACTICAL EXAM: It is very appetizing.


HOW CAN I IMPROVE/WEAKNESS: Add less oil when cooking the fried rice.

Other comments: Some of my friends tried my fried rice and give me some comments about it which it helps me to improve on my cooking in the future.
