Sweet. The smell of the white wine vinegar is quite strong.

b.colour
Yellowish, very plain.

c.texture
Hard.

STRENGTHS OF THE PRACTICAL EXAM
Only the chicken was well cooked.

HOW CAN I IMPROVE/ WEAKNESS
I could garnish it and add more colour to the food. I could also add more salt to the potato and cook the potato longer as it is quite hard.
