Name of dish : Stir Fried Vegetables With Sesame
a.Flavour(Taste+Smell): The taste of my food is sweet and spicy. the aroma of my food is sweet.
b.colour : colourful
c.texture: moist and soft
STRENGTHS OF THE PRACTICAL EXAM: I was able to complete the cooking of the food and able to wash the equipment in time. I manage to cut the vegetable fast.
WEAKNESS OF THE PRACTICAL EXAM: I took a long time to collect the the ingredient .The last thing is I use to much time and did not follow the timetable which I plan. I was taking my time to find the sauce that i need.
