Name of dish :Fish with apple and onions

a.Flavour(Taste+Smell) Salty because i put too much salt into it, it has a good aroma.

b.colour: Brown because of the broth and yellow because of the apple.


c.texture: The texture of the fish was smooth

STRENGTHS OF THE PRACTICAL EXAM: The fish was well cooked, i didn't know when the fish was cooked and i let it cook in the Sauce Pan for very long, from time to time i was checking whether the fish was cooked. I used the Wooden Spoon to press the fish to check whether it was cooked. In the end i manage to get the fish out before it was overcook.

Weakness of the practical exam: I added too much salt into my dish and it was very salty, i didn't know when the fish was about to cook as this one the first time i was cooking fish.
