Name of dish : Thai Pineapple Fried Rice
A.Flavour(Taste+Smell):
No very salty, not very oily && smell nice of sesame oil. But the pineapple should add after frying the rice but not to fry with the rice.
B.Colour:
Very colourful because of the colourful vegetable, and the mushrooms and pineapple.
C.Texture:
The rice is soft enough, but the pineapple is a little bit burnt. Other food is cook well.

Other comments:
Should not fry so long, the pineapple is al little bit burnt, it could be improve. Prepare more earlier, things can be done in time. Food that is cooked or can be eaten before could can add after the cooking of the rice and others ingredients. This might prevent the food from burning.
