Smelled fishy,smoky and spicy.Tasted a little bit too spicy yet tasty~

Bright red colour
c.Texture
Quite chewy
STRENGTHS OF THE PRACTICAL EXAM
-Easy to marinate,well cooked and turned out appetizing at the end.
WEAKNESS OF THE PRACTICAL EXAM
-Hard to grate the orange and lemon zest,had to use alot of energy to grate the skin off.
