Name of dish : Zwiebelkuchen (German Onion Pie)

a.Flavour(Taste+Smell) : Sweet and buttery.

b.colour : Golden brown


c.texture : Chunky, dense, moist and flaky.


STRENGTHS OF THE PRACTICAL EXAM :

  • Chicken and onions were well-cooked and seasoned
  • Pie mixture was evenly mixed with the right proportions of ingredients on time
  • Washing up was quickly done

WEAKNESSES OF THE PRACTICAL EXAM :

  • Extra time was lost during collection of equipments, ingredients and organising
  • Unable to bake within the time limit
  • Pastry was slightly undercooked
