Name of dish : Zwiebelkuchen (German Onion Pie)
a.Flavour(Taste+Smell) : Sweet and buttery.
b.colour : Golden brown
c.texture : Chunky, dense, moist and flaky.
STRENGTHS OF THE PRACTICAL EXAM :
- Chicken and onions were well-cooked and seasoned
- Pie mixture was evenly mixed with the right proportions of ingredients on time
- Washing up was quickly done
WEAKNESSES OF THE PRACTICAL EXAM :
- Extra time was lost during collection of equipments, ingredients and organising
- Unable to bake within the time limit
- Pastry was slightly undercooked
