Name of dish :

Chicken Briyani .

a.Flavour(Taste+Smell)

It is a little spicy but not too spicy or not to salty. Just nice. i am quite happy with my cooking.

b.colour

It was colourful . It had many colours like , brown , red , green .


c.texture
There was different type of textures. Hard for the cashunut , smooth surface fer the rice and Moist for the chicken gravy which was later mixed with the rice.

STRENGTHS OF THE PRACTICAL EXAM

Being an Indian , it was easier to cook a Indian dish as i was quite familiar with the steps and ingredient.

Weakness Of The Practical Exam :

Cooking briyani needed more then an hour. I had to cut down some steps in order to cook the briyani on time.
