Name of dish :stir-fried yellow noodles
a.Flavour(Taste+Smell) the noodle taste good but it is quite hard and when i cooked the food, i can smell the aroma of the chicken.
b.colour : the chicken and the noodle is brown in colour as it is mixed with the dark soya sauce.
c.texture: the chicken is smooth and soft
STRENGTHS OF THE PRACTICAL EXAM: i finish my work in time although i have to share some of the equipments with my friends.
weakness of the practical exam : i did not know when the chicken was cooked and i did something wrong during the practical. i should put the chicken into the frying pan first, but i put the chicken after i put my noodle,causing the noodle to be very soft.
