Name of dish :Fruit salad
1.a.Flavour(Taste+Smell) - spicy ,fresh & good smell
b.colour -orange
c.texture -cold & soft ,smooth,light and moist
2.STRENGTHS OF THE PRACTICAL EXAM- I like it because it is made only with fresh fruits.It gives us fibres to health.Moreover it is easy to do and save time.It is delicious.
3.WEAKNESSES OF PRACTICAL EXAMINATION-It is very spicy .
other comments- must be put to be more cold in the refrigerator.
