2E1 ARUN

Name of dish : german potato dumplings


a.Flavour(Taste+Smell):salty and Rancid


b.colour : light yellow


  1. c.texture: soft,moist,mushyand watery



    STRENGTHS OF THE PRACTICAL EXAM:I was able to mix all the ingredients and form it into balls.I was also able to get the ingredients and mix the mixture well.Also I always clean up the equipment after I finish my work and also clean the table.

WEAKNESS OF THE PRACTICAL EXAM: I put a little too much salt in the mixture thus the end result was salty and tasted a bit weird.Also i boiled the mixture for too long thus the end result was not good.
