Salty, spicy, sour,

c.texture:
tender, crispy, chewy, thick, moist

STRENGTHS OF THE PRACTICAL EXAM:

The fryed chicken breast which was coated with egg and bread crumbs.

WEAKNESS OF THE PRACTICAL EXAM:

The gravy was to salty and the dish was not colourful.

OTHER COMMENTS:

Should have tasted the food while cooking.
