2E1 ERNEST
Name of dish : Fried chicken
a.Flavour(Taste+Smell): Salty and smokey
b.colour : Golden brown
c.texture: Dry, tough
STRENGTHS OF THE PRACTICAL EXAM: I was able to learn how to cook dishes without help.
WEAKNESS OF THE PRACTICAL EXAM: I find it very challenging as i normally need help when i cook and I nearly forgot to add salt and pepper to the chicken when boiling.
OTHER COMMENTS: I still need a lot of improvement.
