Name of dish : Kartoffelknodeln (Potato Dumplings)
a.Flavour(Taste+Smell): Salty and odourless.
b.colour : Yellowish, watery and rounded.
c.texture: Moist, lumpy and soft.
STRENGTHS OF THE PRACTICAL EXAM: Follow the recipe closely and able to finish up everything on time.
WEAKNESS OF THE PRACTICAL EXAM: Waste too much time on mashing potato because did not use proper equipment.
OTHER COMMENTS: Did not taste food while cooking. Therefore, ended up too salty.
