The fish is brown and the potatoes are yellow
c.texture:
The fish is crispy in the outside and the texture is rough. It looks oily and it really is, the potatoes are soft and oily.
STRENGTHS OF THE PRACTICAL EXAM:
WEAKNESS OF THE PRACTICAL EXAM:
Both fish and chips taste too oily and the fish is not well cooked.The chips are too soft instead of being crispy and delicious. The fish was not well coated with the batter.
OTHER COMMENTS:i wish i should've done better.......
