Name of dish : Filipino Style Spaghetti

a.Flavour(Taste+Smell): Sweet, a little bit salty

b.colour :Red, yellow and orange.

c.texture:Heavy with tomato sauce. A little bit moist.

STRENGTHS OF THE PRACTICAL EXAM:The process of cooking the noodle.The noodle is just nice. Smooth and tasty.

WEAKNESS OF THE PRACTICAL EXAM:The process of marinating and cooking the chicken. While the chicken is a little bit uncook.

OTHER COMMENTS: I am happy and please with what i have cooked. It is quite a nice dish. And i forget to add the spaghetti sauce into the ingredient list. Haha that is why it taste so heavily with tomato sauce. Luckily i have added green bell pepper.
